いやいや、しっかし急に寒くなりましたね〜！！
いよいよ鍋の季節の到来です（*´▽｀*）
友に誘われ向かった先は、千代田線でピュ〜っと一本、赤坂から徒歩５分ぐらい。
最寄り駅は赤坂見附から１分かからない位のビルの３Fにある九州料理のお店。
九州産の馬肉をお鍋でいただけるというので、サクラ鍋は未食の自分的には興味津々♪
店内は個室が多かった感じかな。
レトロな障子が素敵なゆったりした個室で、まずは苦いのでお疲れちゃ〜〜〜ん☆
お通しは・・・えっ？これ、とこぶしだよね！？
柔らかくええ塩梅に炊いてあって、めちゃ旨～～～っ♡
お鍋の前に、まずは馬刺し盛り合わせ♪
霜降りも旨いけど・・・
赤身が超〜〜〜旨しっ(≧∇≦)b
九州料理って言ったら「からし蓮根」。大好物やねん(‾ー‾)
めっちゃツーンと来る激辛も好きやけど、こちらのからし蓮根はマイルドな辛さ。
シャキシャキ蓮根、めちゃ旨しっ！！
辛いだけじゃない旨味がわかるので、中辛ぐらいのもいかも！！
しっかし、この世で初めて蓮根に辛子を詰めた人って天才やなぁ〜（*´▽｀*）
馬肉鍋は一人前１９８０円。
写真は二人前やけど、すっごいボリューム！！
お出汁を煮立てて、馬肉はサッとくぐらす程度でいただくと・・・
あらまっ、想像以上に柔らかく、ふくよかな旨味っ(≧∇≦)b
透明に近いお出汁は、昆布ベースで絶妙な塩加減！！
そのままでもめっちゃ美味しいけど、「ポン酢」「ごまだれ」も付いて来るので
しゃぶしゃぶ風にいただくのもアリ！！でも個人的には「そのまま」がいいかな♪
アカン、ビールが止まらん！！って事で「ハートランド」。鍋に合うなぁ〜
やまやの明太子。気分はすっかり博多です♪
追い出汁（２００円）を頼んだら・・・何故か醤油味の甘口のスープが。
「モツ鍋用と間違えたんちゃう〜？」なんて言いながらもいただいてみると
これがまためちゃ旨っ！！
せやせや、馬肉は甘い九州醤油でいただくもんね。
合わないはずがないわ！！
そんな感じで、大量のお野菜もペロリと完食！！
締めは「皿うどん」。こりゃ優しいお味でいいわ〜！！
お肉は見当たらず、小柱とイカのお出汁やったけど、これがまた上品で絶品でした！
お酢や辛子で味変しながら、こちらもペロリと完食！！
カラダ喜ぶ馬肉ｗいただきながら、大量のお野菜もペロリと食べられる「サクラ鍋」
