味は普通に美味しい。
あくまで私個人の感想です。
見た目は華やかで特に食器には拘りがあるようで、綺麗で驚きました。
個人の価値観になりますが、コストパフォーマンスは☆の評価通りです。
例えば、じゃがいもの透明なエキスを抽出しそれを揚げてポテトチップスに、バルサミコソースを透明なゼリーみたいなので包んで見た目はイクラみたいに、食べられる花を散らして色彩鮮やかに…全て手が込んでいますが、味の一体感がもう少し欲しかったです。
メインは私が伺った日は牛のイチボという部位ですがちょっと硬かったです。
フォアグラが小さかったからもっと食べたかったなぁ(*≧∀≦*)
室内はちょっと暖房がききすぎていて、乾燥してたので加湿器などを設置していただけると嬉しいかも。
