千代田線赤坂駅5b出口を出て、歩いて5分足らずです。
地味で目立たないドアを開けると、地下へ下りる階段が
現れます。降りるとソムリエ氏が出迎えてくれました。
店内は広く、ゆったりと間隔をとってテーブルが置かれ
ています。19時前の時点で他のお客さんは、カップルが
１組です。
予約を告げると、奥のテーブルに案内されました。
テーブル席は4組あります。ソムリエ氏の話によると他に
6名くらい入れる個室があり、1日10人限定ですが、個室
に6人だとテーブル席が4人で、どちらが個室かわからん
状態にもなるそうです（＾＾）。ちなみに、この日は、
個室の利用はないとのことでした。
今夜の相手を待つ間に、職場のカップルと思われる1組
が入店して来ました。年齢差がありそうとか、余計なこと
を考えながら待ちます。
相手が到着したところで、予約の際に注文してあった
ワインペアリングが付いたコース料理(\18000)を始めて
もらいます。ソムリエ氏曰く、ワインはグラス一杯の量
が多いので結構酔いますよ、とのこと。もちろん望むと
ころです。
最初は、和歌山の有田ミカンと貴腐ワインで作ったアペ
リティフ（というよりスプーンで掬って食べるのでスムー
ジーですね）からスタートです。甘すぎずフレッシュな味
わいです。飲み物は、シャンパーニュ「ロワイエ」から
スタートです。
ワインは、シャンパーニュを含めて全部で5杯出されま
した。白ワインが3杯、赤ワインが1杯です。形が歪なワイ
ングラスが特徴的です。
ところで、テーブル上には、試験管が4本屹立しています。
3種類の塩とトリュフオイルだそうです。オイルはスポイト
でパンに垂らしていただきます。
次は前菜が2品。サーモンとイクラ、野菜のバーニャガウ
ダ風。いずれも素材の味が生かされた料理ですが、様々な
花々が埋め込まれた鮮やかなお皿で出されたり、目でも楽し
めます。白ワインでいただきました。
この時点で、大きいテーブルにオヤジ4人組が収まり、
合わせて10人になりました。いずれも落ち着いて食事を
される方々ばかりでした。しかも、テーブルとテーブルの
間隔が広く、話し声は全く気になりませんでした。
そして、料理は、鴨のロティに続いて、メインの魚、肉
ときました。いずれも、見た目の派手さに反して味はクラ
シックで安定感があります。特に肉は、旨味が適度に凝縮
されて、程いい水分も保たれたジューシーさがあり美味し
いです。組み合わされたワインもグッドでした。
デザートにケーキ、エスプレッソ、マカロンをいただい
て、2時間半余り、安心できる接客と旨い料理に、ご馳走様。
