Butari is a caviar brand that originally originated in Paris. The caviar is made without any heat treatment and with only minimal salt added, so you can enjoy the smooth texture, richness, and original taste of caviar. Comparing 3 types of caviar [Cabirotech] is our original masterpiece. Enjoy the taste of each caviar while sharing it with two people (Cabirotech is only available at dinner time) We also accept samples from various types.

Welcoming you is a talented young chef who has gained experience at many famous restaurants in Japan and France, as well as Butari's Paris head office. All the champagne and wine that go with the classic dishes are French. Enjoy it in glasses, bottles, and any occasion.

On the first floor, there are counter seats facing the open kitchen. Not only can you enjoy your meal, but you can also enjoy it as Wine Bar during dinner.
