ChefSatoshi Ogino - A leader in Japanese-style meal world who has become independent and shoulders the expectations of others
Born in 1987, he worked at Kyoto Kitcho Arashiyama Main Branch for eight years, Ginza Koju for five years, and Ginza Okuda for two years as manager. In 2020, he opened Akasaka Ogino. Using the cooking techniques he learned at some of Japan's leading Japanese-style meal restaurants as a base, he expresses the wonderful combinations of flavors he has invented with his own sensibilities using seasonal ingredients.

Chef Ogino carefully selects ingredients and uses refined cooking techniques to transform them into one-of-a-kind Japanese cuisine. The course menu changes with each season, and the dishes are designed to reflect the four seasons, not just in taste but also in appearance. From the seats, diners can see Chef Ogino's beautiful movements as he slices the sashimi and grills the eel until it is fragrant.
