我が家では夏は牛肉を食べて暑さを乗り切ることにしています。
ステーキか焼き肉か会議を開き、焼き肉に決定。
では、お店は…
変わった店名で記憶に残っていて、行ってみたいと思っていた「思食」さんに予約を取りました。
お店は赤坂見附駅近くで、赤坂みすじ通りを歩いて細い路地に入るとあります。
雰囲気のあるお洒落な外観です。
３階建てのようで、2階以上は個室のようですね。
私達は1階のカウンター席へ通されました。
乾杯のお酒、お勧めはシャンパーニュでしたが、暑くて喉がカラカラだったので生ビールをいただきました。
・冷製ケランチム 韓国風の茶碗蒸しです。アオサと白魚入り。暑いので、サッパリしていて良かったです。
・黒毛和牛ヒレかつサンド いきなり登場するんですね。最後に出てくるものとばかり思っていました。
しかし、このヒレかつサンドの美味しさにやられました。感動的な美味しさです。肉の旨味が凝縮された凄いサンドです。これだけでも十分満足なくらい。
その後に続く焼き物盛合せもタン、ハラミ等々フルアテンドで、その肉に合わせた絶妙な焼き加減で供されます。

・曽我さんの「いのちの壱」とパンチャン
そして、土鍋で炊いた白米の美味しさも素晴らしい、の一言。韓国風ご飯のお供や焼き肉達と一緒に食べるので、何度もお代わりをしてしまいました。

・タッケジャンスープ
最後は卵につけて、肉を食べた後に残った卵をご飯にかけてフィニッシュ。
もうお腹パンパンです。
最後のデザートは桃のパフェです。濃厚な肉達で満たされた後なので、もう少しサッパリしたものが良かったかな、と思いました。
サービスも良いし、店の雰囲気も素敵だし、料理も美味しいし言うことなしのお店ですね。
