こちらは最近流行りのカウンターでいい感じに焼いていただけるスタイルの焼き肉屋さん。
焼き肉って好きなんだけど量が多くなったりして、体重気にしてると躊躇ってしまうジャンルですが、こちらはとびきり極上のお肉をちょっとずつコース仕立てで提起してくださり、食後感も罪悪感無いくらいのお腹の加減です。
この日のお肉は北さつま牛を中心に。シグニチャーのカツサンドはとても柔らかく、歯がなくても食べられそうな絶品。
そしてサガリ、ハラミ、タン元、リブ芯、ヒレ、ロースの6種類のお肉を、岐阜の「いのちの壱」という美味しいお米でいただく感じ。
〆のデザートのパフェも可愛く仕立てられて、いい感じの焼き肉デートが出来そうです。
