This time I visited Shishoku. The store is very chic and fashionable, and the staff grills all the meat for you, and the seasoning changes for each cut, giving you a sense of their particular attention to detail. It might be more accurate to describe it as a meat restaurant rather than Yakiniku (Grilled meat).・Beef loin and bamboo shoot keranchim This is a bowl of steamed egg custard with bamboo shoots topped with finely chopped beef loin. The crunchy texture of bamboo shoots makes it feel like spring. The beef loin on top is also delicious with just the right amount of fat.・Wagyu fillet cutlet sandwich This seems to be our signature dish. Fillet cutlet is sandwiched between crispy bread and topped with mustard pickles. The moderate sourness of the mustard goes perfectly with the fillet cutlet, making it very delicious. I definitely felt that there was something for sale. - 5 types of salt (photo shows 2 servings) Today's menu includes tongue, skirt steak, chili, fillet, and rib core. Personally, I particularly liked the tan (there are three types: tangen, tansan, and tangenta). Each part is served with different seasonings, so you can enjoy eating all of them◎ ・Earthen pot rice (Soga-san's Inochi no Ichi), Yukgaejang soup The brand rice called "Inochi no Ichi" is very high quality. In particular, the rice grown by Mr. Soga is said to be presented to the Imperial Household and is also sold to the Imperial Household Agency. The grains were very large and I felt that it was completely different from the rice I usually eat. The four types of rice accompaniments (grilled rock seaweed, jako, minced meat, and pickled beets) are all delicious and go well with the rice. Yukgaejang soup has just the right amount of spiciness and is also very delicious.・Assortment of 5 kinds of sauces (photo shows 2 servings) Today's menu includes rib maki, sea bream, filet mimi, fillet, and skirt steak. Three types of sauce are provided: plum sauce, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, and egg sauce, and you can eat it with whatever you like. Personally, I liked the egg sauce. The meat is generally soft, but the rib maki in particular has a melt-in-your-mouth texture and is extremely delicious.・Setoka Parfait A parfait with plenty of Setoka. This parfait is perfect for refreshing your mouth after getting greasy from Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I thought the crackling candy accents were also interesting. Overall it was delicious. I don't think the cost performance is that great, but I think it's worth a visit because you can have a completely different Yakiniku (Grilled meat) experience than a normal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant.
