赤坂見附から徒歩5分の少し小道に入った完全予約制のお店。
カウンター席には焼き網が整列されており、各席に1名店員がつき、全ての肉を丁寧に焼き上げ、料理の説明をしながら提供してくれる。
コースメニューには牛の固有識別番号が記載しており、QRコードから出生地や牛種などを確認する事ができる。
韓国焼肉屋にイノベーティブな要素が加わったオリジナルメニューの数々。最高品質の肉の数々をそれぞれの部位に合うタレや食べ方で食すことが出来る。お米も皇室で提供されている「いのちの壱」と呼ばれる高級な米を使用し、肉の旨みを最大限に引き出している。
コース冒頭に提供される「カツサンド」はこれまた絶品。マスタードの粒は食感を損なわないよう粒が均等なものを選んでおり、サクッとしたパンの食感を包むような肉の柔らかさが非常に旨い。
それぞれの肉は厳選された品質でどれも最高級の味わい。特に卵ダレにダイブして食べるタレの肉は脳汁が出るほど感動する旨さ。最後にそれを米に掛けて食べる卵かけご飯は絶品以外の何者でもない。
接客も素晴らしく、一つ一つのメニューの説明を行い、コースを最大限に楽しませてくれると共に、居心地の良い空間を提供してくれている。
※当日誕生日祝いでの来店をした旨を伝えたらサプライズで最後にプレートを準備してくれていた。感動の接客。。。
コースのレベルはさる事ながら、食へのこだわりや接客やお店の雰囲気全てが最高レベルと言っても過言ではない。今すぐにでもまた行きたくなるお店。
値段以上の価値をしっかりと提供してくれるお店だと自信を持っておすすめできる。
