A hidden Restaurants that appears when you open the "Non title" door. An experience where you will be fascinated by innovative cuisine that transcends culinary categorization ✴︎ While paying homage to Japan's dashi culture and the classic cuisine of each country, Chef Hiroshi Narita's unique sensibility combines ingredients and cooking methods from each country. The cuisine has been elevated to innovative and artistic gourmet cuisine, and you will never get bored of it. The [warm dish] made with specially selected Hinai chicken is a bright yellow presentation of citrus, sweet potato, and egg yolk, and the sourness and richness of the ingredients are a perfect fusion. [Seafood Dishes] The Spanish rice dish #Caldozo has Menuke on top, and the soup is made with American crustacean and cacao, making it a unique and luxurious combination that makes a big impact! [Main] Ezo deer has a presentation reminiscent of a stump or forest, and the accompaniments are delicate, giving each dish a rich scene. [Pasta] This is an optional 2-item order ``#Matsubakobakocrabpasta'' ``Porcini and truffle pasta'' The latter uses homemade orecchiette, and is rich and chewy with plenty of truffles underneath the rich truffles. The orecchiette is delicious. I felt like I traveled the world from a new perspective while pairing wines, mainly French and Italian wines, and even a glass of pear and blue cheese [dessert]. Mr. Hiroshi Narita's artistic creations, filled with the spirit of each country, are also reflected in the store's space. Thank you very much for your time and your condensed impressions.
