This shop is right next to Akasaka TBS. I visited with friends from the industry (◍′◡‵◍) First, let's toast with lemon sour! The chawanmushi appeared right away, and it was a luxurious chawanmushi made from soft-shelled turtle ♡ I enjoyed the soup stock and the plump texture. Here, we use fresh ginger gari, and the sticky gari, sashimi, and Sushi have completely different textures, so you can enjoy the contrast♪ The nigiri starts with sumika from Oita.
