Please enjoy the exquisite dishes that have been carefully sublimated using ingredients, making use of his background in training at traditional restaurants and famous Sushi restaurants in Kyoto. The soup stock, which is the basis of all Japanese-style meal, is a combination of Rishiri kelp and bluefin tuna, and the salt used is Hiroshima seaweed salt, and only ingredients that the owner is satisfied with are used. The reason we are so particular about our products is that we continue to strive for the "authentic" and delicious taste.
