With the theme of [Special artisan sushi at a reasonable price], even young people can enjoy Edomae sushi at simple prices. ChefGeneral: Katsumi Minowa Born in 1967. Born in Ibaraki Prefecture.
In 1987, at the age of 20, he moved to West Germany and trained at a kaiseki restaurant for five years. After returning to Japan, he worked at Sushi restaurants in Tokyo, including Ginza, for 30 years. With his skills in conveying the charm of sushi to people of various ages, occupations, and backgrounds, in 2022, he opened "Sushi Minowa" in Akasaka, which bears his name. "I want the younger generation to feel free to enjoy Edomae sushi," I think about sushi every day. His hobbies are fishing and motorcycles.

We have a counter with 10 seats and a completely private room with a door that can accommodate up to 8 people.
