A small yakitori restaurant with only 18 seats at the counter. A blissful moment as you enjoy piping hot yakitori grilled right in front of your eyes.
Only 18 seats at the counter. Enjoy the skill of the craftsman who freely manipulates the grilling area where the firepower is not constant. The fact that we serve each skewer one by one while observi |
I was late on my break, so I stopped by. It's usually so crowded that you can't even get in, so you won't be able to eat there unless it's a rare occasion like this. It was empty, so I got excited and ordered a large bowl of jorigadadon. In this day and age, being able to get more rice and meat for an extra 100 yen is a blessing. The strong charcoal aroma of the skin matches the flavor of the meat perfectly, creating a pleasant balance when eating. The vegetables were also very tasty, especially the eggplant. Although the sauce was sweet, it wasn't heavy, so there was quite a bit of it, but I think I was able to finish it all. The accompanying chicken soup was also very good, with the flavor of chicken without any harsh taste. I definitely want to go again if I have the time. It looks like you can make reservations for the evening, so I think I'll make a reservation...
