友人と溜池山王で飲もうと、飛び込みで入ったお店。和食割烹の雰囲気が漂う、大人の居酒屋さんです。
入ってから気付いたのですが、能登料理のお店です。本日のおすすめも、壁にも美味しそうなものがいっぱい。
生ビールにお通しは能登のもずく。細いけどシャキッとした歯触りのもずく酢がうまい。
☆お造り五点盛り 1580円
真鯛、すずき、ぶり、まぐろ、ほたて
ぶりが美味いなあ、脂が乗ってるけど身が締まっていて、旨味が強い。帆立も新鮮。
☆岩牡蠣 980円
店員さんのおすすめで。高いけど値段なりに美味かった。濃厚なんだけどくどくない。新鮮で牡蠣の旨味が溢れます。
☆加賀野菜の天ぷら 870円
赤皮南瓜が甘くて美味かった。金時草は、うーん、よくわからなかった。
☆つみれのゆずぽん 580円 能登七尾
何のつみれか聞いたら、鯵だそう。ほんわり温かくて美味。
☆焼き厚揚げ 1/2まい 290円 金沢長町
☆じゃこ天 580円
材料の魚が美味いと、じゃこ天も美味いのだ。
☆白海老唐揚げ 1000円 富山湾
定番だけど日本酒が止まらない。サクサク。
☆さばのへしこ 570円
臭い、塩辛い、うまい。 日本酒おかわりが無限大。
なんかサクッと飲むつもりが、つまみの旨さに引き込まれ、気付けば日本酒をたんまり飲んで酔っ払い。
地酒が1合500円台からあって、呑兵衛にはたまらない。
東京に居ながら、一瞬北陸の割烹にいるような錯覚にとらわれました。
こういうお店が「いい店」というんだろうな。
