本日のランチは、会社近くの居酒屋チェーン「目利きの銀次」へ。
ランチメニューは、海鮮丼、揚げ物、蕎麦、カレーなど、迷うほどの品数。どれがオススメなのか今ひとつ分からないですね... 海鮮系の居酒屋チェーンなので、やはり、海鮮形をチョイスした方が無難かと思い、旬を楽しむ贅沢丼ぶり「旬の海鮮丼 850円」と「大盛 50円」を注文。
店内、そんなに混んでいる様子はないですが、提供まで時間がかかりますね。オペレーションの人数が少なく、ランチメニューの品数を増やすより絞り混んでもいいのではと素人ながら感じてしまいます。サラリーマンが中心の昼時、このあたりは改善必要かと思いますね。サラリーマンはランチ時間決まっているので...
さて、旬の海鮮丼ですが、大盛頼んだ割には盛りが少ないと思って伝票見ると大盛の記載ありませんね... カツオがメインで入り、しらす、生しらす沖漬け、桜海老がのった丼ですが、居酒屋チェーンレベルって感じで特に特筆する事はありません。
店内は、半個室になっているので、比較的ゆっくり食べる事はできます。
