I was taken to visit after doing business around Kasumigaseki. It is located on the 2nd floor of the new Hibiya Fort Tower. The store is bright and has plenty of private rooms. When I first saw the restaurant's name, I had no connection with Uwajima Taimeshi's Kadoya. However, after I entered the store, the memory of the time I received it at the Matsuyama store came back to me. I felt like the prices were Tokyo prices, but I was impressed that I was able to enjoy authentic taimeshi in Tokyo. I think the mirin served was a bit strong, but it was a satisfying time. I used this restaurant at the end of the year to enjoy Uwajima Tai Meshi for the first time in a while, but thankfully I had the opportunity to use the same restaurant again at the beginning of the year. Since I was with my seniors, I was able to enjoy the more expensive Uwajima Taimeshi lunch set this time. By the way, last time we had Uwajima Tai Meshi Zen. The regular taimeshi meal was enough, but with Tempura and meat, I was way too full. I was especially surprised at how delicious the meat was. The final dish was sea bream rice, but last time I thought the mirin in the dashi stock was too strong, but this time I was given an explanation of how to eat sea bream rice, and since it was fisherman's meal, the soup stock was stronger. , it made sense. I was so focused on talking in front of my seniors that I didn't take any pictures of the food, but it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
