A popular item for lunch is the ``grilled pork mustard sauce'' made with a brand of pork called phantom pork. Pork loin, cooked in chunks in the oven, is served in 250g pieces with mashed potatoes and seasonal grilled vegetables. For dinner, the ``roasted back of Mizuho pork from Ibaraki Prefecture'', which is grilled slowly and juicy for 40 minutes, is highly recommended.
