虎ノ門ヒルズには飲食エリアが豊富にあるが、その中でもステーションタワー地下2階の「T-MARKET」はユニークで挑戦的なエリア。
900坪の中庭のような空間に27店の飲食店が集まり、テイクアウト、各店のカウンターやテーブルでのイートインに加え、エリア中央には約140席の共通席を備える。これだけ聞くと普通のフードコート？と思ってしまうが、雰囲気も集まっている店舗の質も全く違う。多種多様なジャンルの店が独自のデザイン設計をしていているのに一定の統一感があり、店舗間の明確な境目もないので海外の市場を散策しているような雰囲気がある。
エリア内の魅力的な店舗を一周して魚介の気分だったため、アタ カーブドッチに入店。予備知識なしで直感で決めましたが、後で調べると代官山の予約が取れない魚介ビストロ「アタ」と、新潟の人気ワイナリー「カーブドッチ」がコラボレーションした店舗との事。さらっとこんな店舗が入っているとは「T-MARKET」は侮れません。
注文したのは以下の３品とドリンク。

⭐︎つぶ貝とモッツァレラチーズ 柑橘のサラダで
⭐︎子羊のクスクス もも肉の串焼きと
⭐︎トラフグのポトフ 根菜とソーセージ
生牡蠣は想定内（もちろん美味しい）でしたが、選んだ商品全てが美味でこの場所でこのレベルの商品が提供されているのが驚愕です。
特にトラフグのポトフはこの値段で提供されるポトフではダントツだと思います。
駅直結で交通の便もいいので近いうちに再訪したいと思います！
