膳にはトリュフ塩が用意されており、この塩が旨味の暴力。口にすると口から抜けるトリュフの芳醇な香りがあり、肉と塩の旨味を引き立てていました。

トリュフ塩の質が違う。とんかつもその塩で食べるのがオススメのようで、かなり満足。
