[Pork Cutlet] has a reliable taste backed by over 40 years of history. We use three types of branded pork that have continued to evolve with the times and are now said to be mythical: ``TOKYOX,'' ``Kurobuta Satsuma,'' and ``Royal Sangenbuta.'' We use the same high-spec bread crumbs as a certain famous restaurant, and carefully cook them in low-temperature oil. Pork Cutlet, made with the skill of our chefs, has a light and crispy texture. You can directly feel the sweetness and flavor of the meat, and it's delicious even when it's cold. Please enjoy with our secret sauce and truffle salt passed down since our founding.
