志の高い人と三連休だというのに夜に集まり、お勉強。その後、うさを晴らすべく飲み会へ。
休日のオフィス街ということもあり、22時からの予約ができる店がかなり限られる模様。
めっちゃ久々に白木屋に行ってきました。
普段「ザ・チェーン」と言われる飲み屋さんはレビューしないことにしてますが、気づいたことがあれば投稿しようと思います。
この日は10人の利用でした。
三連休の最終日だというのに、なかなかの混み具合。他の店がやってないときちんと需要はあるもんなんですね！
まずは、全員生ビールで乾杯！(来るまでに5分以上待ちました。)
そして料理を注文。
メニューを2品づつ、6種をまずは頼みました。
…一品を除いて料理が待てど来ない。
業を煮やした頃に「すいません、これとこれは欠品してます…」…もうちょい早く行って欲しかったなぁ。
他にも何点かオーダー誤りありました。
不慣れな外国人の方で非常に頑張ってらしたのでその方を責める気はありません。
白木屋さんとなると、かなりのメニューを扱い、回転も早いんだと思います。
それにきちんと店員さんが対応できるような仕組みづくりをしてあげないとお客様の不満はたまる一方かなと思いました。(見ている限り、かなりアナログ)
例えば…となると長くなるし本趣旨から外れるのでやめておきます。
それと、お通し398円は高いかなぁ。
