白木のカウンターで高級そうな内装、でも昼はリーズナブルに親子丼を提供する店ってこの数年、増えているよね。同じチェーンとは思えないから、誰かがコンセプトを伝授しているのかな。
ここも半蔵門駅の近くに出来たばかりの焼鳥屋。以前は九州料理屋でそこそこ繁盛していたと思っていたのだが。昼は親子丼1本で、鶏のランクで２種類ある。最近の親子丼は卵をゆるゆるにしてTKGのようにして食べるところが多いが、こちらもその手。私はどちらかというと堅めのご飯にもう少ししっかりした卵地のほうが好みだが、これはこれで美味しい。夜もリーズナブルそうなので、是非今度。
