Lunch at Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant in the evening is full of authentic chicken ingredients. This time, I had Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) with more ingredients. Packed with liver and other nutrients, it's a great meal to have while you're at work. It's a counter, so the rotation is fast and you can sit down without having to wait. Apparently they also have Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) bowl, so I'll try that next time.
