北参道付近でずっと気になっていたイタリアン。
今回友人の誕生日ということで利用しました。
店内はこじんまりしていてアットホームな雰囲気。ランチだったからかもしれませんが、そこまで肩肘張ることもなく普通におしゃべりできました。
まず出てきたのは、おつまみたち！
植木鉢に刺さっているアミューズがかわいい。
色んな種類のものがちょこちょこ食べられて初っ端から満足度高し。
そこから、サーモンの前菜、ハンバーガーと続きます。
レアのサーモンとキャベツ、えんどう豆の冷製の前菜。柔らかいサーモンにシャキッとキャベツがよく合い、とっても美味しい。
その次のバーガーもなんとサーモンのコロッケバーガーだったのでサーモンづくしにはなりますが、
こちらもホクホクでとっても美味しかったです。
食べやすいミニバーガーでした。
続いてパスタ、チーズと黒胡椒を基調としたパスタは麺も自家製。おからを使っているそうで(SDGSへの配慮が素晴らしい)もちっとした独特の食感が癖になります。
そしてこの日のメインはハンバーグ！
ぎゅっと身のつまった肉肉しいハンバーグでありながらも割とさっぱりしていてとても食べやすかったです。
デザートのパンナコッタはとっても滑らかでこれがまた美味しかった！
最後にお茶菓子が出てくるのも嬉しいです。
また、ソフトドリンクメニューの中にアランミリアがあるのもテンションが上がりました。
最後、シェフが外までお見送りしてくださり、こういう気遣いはとても素敵だなと感じました。
小さなお店ですが、であるからこそ細やかなところまで配慮が行き渡っている印象。
このクオリティのコースで5500円はどう考えても破格だと思います。また是非伺いたいお店の一つになりました。
