Restaurants run by a butcher that specializes in Japanese black beef. Although the main dish is meat, we also offer courses that use plenty of seasonal ingredients such as seafood. We carefully select the best Kuroge Wagyu beef at that time. We purchase with the discerning eye that only a butcher can provide. Enjoy the fragrant charcoal grill. The fish is only selected for reservation on the day at Toyosu Market, so it is extremely fresh. We use seasonal vegetables that are delicious at that time of year.

Champagne is recommended for meals. There are about 20 types of champagne in bottles, including vintage champagne.
