三栄通り沿いの『綿半野原ビル』1Fにある「蔵や」は、十割そば・地酒が楽しめる蕎麦居酒屋である。
全面的に木造りとなっており、座席はゆったりと寛げる空間。
今回は上記のメニューを発注した。
因みに此方のお店の蕎麦は『群馬県赤城産石臼挽そば粉』が使用されている。
“カレー蕎麦”の蕎麦は【田舎そば】ではあったが、食べ応え十分、削り節と独自配合されたカレー粉のブレンドされた出汁は風味豊かで【蕎麦屋】のカレーそばとしては絶品であった。
なお、【小ライス付】なので〆には“カレーライス”として完食したい。
“唐揚げ”は岩手県【慈養鶏】に特製醤油で味付けされており、肉厚プリプリでジューシーな肉汁がたっぷりしている。
“イワシ明太焼き”は【本日のおすすめ】。
脂が乗っていて、旨辛な明太子がギッシリと詰まっていた。
