Our proud Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is made from pure domestic A5 rank black Japanese beef carefully selected by our owner from among the many Japanese beefs available. ◎ Among them, our special kalbi is Miyazaki beef that has won the Prime Minister's Award consecutively! The high-quality kalbi, which is packed with the sweetness and flavor of the meat, has an exquisite taste. (We also use brand beef from Saga, Kagoshima, and Sendai) ○ The owner's specialties go beyond meat! All of our dishes are "homemade". We do not use any commercially available kimchi, sauces, jian, dressings, etc. Each one is a proud "work" that we have made with love and care.
