◇2 minutes walk from Yotsuya Station Exit 2◇Authentic Yakiniku (Grilled meat) made with carefully selected ingredients including 100% domestic black wagyu beef
Located near Yotsuya Station on the Tokyo Metro. At our restaurant, you can enjoy authentic yakiniku restaurant dishes such as yakiniku made with safe and delicious Japanese beef procured through our |
I went out drinking with my coworkers for the first time since the corona turmoil. Well, it's been a really long time. It's been half a year. My company is in Gyoen, but for some reason I decided not to go to the Shinjuku area. I also decided to go for a private room. I also thought it would be great if there was some kind of suction duct or equipment. So we decided to go for Yakiniku (Grilled meat). I walked from Gyoen to Yotsuya, past Yotsuya 3-chome, and arrived at Ryugetsuen. The restaurant is very clean and has a luxurious feel. The exterior also had a luxurious feel, and the interior was just as luxurious. I was shown to a private room that could fit four people. The private room was also perfectly private and very comfortable. Meat menu. The prices are generally around 2,000 yen, which seems to be in the somewhat high-end category. The horumon dishes are under 1,000 yen, so if you combine them well, you can probably keep the price down to around 6,000 yen. Other menu items are listed at the bottom. The appetizer was boiled radish, but the dish was blue and white. I have a lot of blue and white at home. All the plates that came out next were blue and white. When I asked, I was told that the proprietress had bought them all 30 years ago. It was the first time I'd seen so many blue and white plates. The grill uses a burner heated by stones. The heat is stable and the far-infrared effect is expected. ■ Bottled beer (850 yen) The draft beer is Yebisu Black and Sapporo. The bottles are Akaboshi. The beer is made by Sapporo and is solidified. I love Sapporo. ■ Kimchi platter (1,100 yen) The one in the middle is komatsuna kimchi. The kimchi platter is already delicious. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) time begins. The beef on this day is Saga beef. ■ Green onion tongue salt (1,800 yen) I don't know who decided on it or if it's really good, but the opening dish is green onion tongue salt. The generous amount of green onions as spices already looks delicious. The proprietress and a young man from the restaurant took turns grilling Cow tongue series. Because they start grilling at a low temperature, there is no "sizzling" sound even when you place the meat on the plate. It reminded me of Fukutake @ Hasunuma, where Okonomiyaki is started at a low temperature. The meat is wrapped around green onions and cooked on one side to finish. The meat is thick and cooked by the staff, so it is cooked perfectly and not overcooked at all, literally perfectly cooked. The natural potential of the meat and the cooking technique combine to create a super juicy green onion tongue salt. The half-cooked feeling is irresistible. Super delicious. ■Special Black Tongue (2,800 yen) When I had the green onion tongue salt, I thought, "It couldn't be better," but the black tongue was even more delicious. It was even softer, and the fat oozed out. It was so delicious that I thought, "What is this...?" The proprietress flipped it over and over again while cooking it, and that technique was great. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better than green onion tongue salt, the next dish surpassed it. It was bubka. Bubka. By the way, it seems that the record for bubka was recently broken. ■Special Skirt Steak (2,500 yen) Meaty but tender, and the sauce was delicious. The more you chew the skirt steak, the more flavor it releases. I wanted to order rice many times, but I fought hard and overcame my reason. ■Special Kalbi (3,600 yen) Kalbi with incredibly delicious fat. The gentle, fine, sweet fat that is unique to great beef. I thought it would be a crime to have rice, but I became a demon and held back. However, I held back so much that I wondered what I was fighting. I don't usually get excited about kalbi, but this kalbi had a great appeal. ■Top Loin (2,500 yen) Thick, low-fat loin. Like the skirt steak, the loin releases flavor the more you chew it. ■Egg Soup (600 yen) I didn't try the egg soup. It was a reasonable 600 yen. ■Yukgaejang Soup (900 yen) I also didn't try the yukgaejang soup. I asked for it to be made extra spicy. He said it was incredibly spicy. ■ Cold Noodles (1,300 yen) Cold Noodles are also delicious. Whatever you order, it will be delicious. Cold Noodles are characterized by their black noodles. The soup is clear, but the dashi stock is well-seasoned, making it the most delicious Cold Noodles, and it worked perfectly as a closer. By the way, Cold Noodles did not look like they were made by Aohana. At the end, Ice cream was automatically served. A palate cleanser. Gum is also available. It's likely that this place is famous in the first place, but I discovered a great Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Yotsuya. === [Order] As above 11,000 yen per person ■Appetizer/Salad ■Pork/ Seafood /Hotpot ■Noodles and rice/Soup/Dessert ■Course ■Drinks
