This duck is raised in the natural environment of Sarobetsu, Hokkaido, without relying on antibiotics or chemicals, and has a fine texture. Enjoy it roasted with a refreshing sauce velvet of arugula and Kujo leeks.

A dish made with the first bonito of the season. Bonito from Katsuura, Chiba Prefecture is smoked and grilled on the surface. Enjoy it with a fresh tomato marinière (fisherman's style) sauce.

The hall staff tastes more than 1,500 varieties each year. We always have around 100 carefully selected items available. Even if you don't know much about wine, just let us know your taste preferences and budget and we will select the wine that suits the occasion of the day.
