I thought I'd try Hegi Soba.It's located in the basement of a building on the Shinjuku side of Yotsuya 3-chome. It seems that the building was recently undergoing major renovations, but the basement was open, so I made a reservation and visited for the first time in three years at 5:30 pm. Thank you for assigning me a seat where I can sit comfortably. They have a wide variety of soba-mae menus, and they also have a selection of famous local sakes. It's a pity that there is no warm sake. Since you have to heat up the chilled local sake, give up on hot sake and go for cold sake after bottled beer. Plenty of quantity. I'm also happy that they provide water as well. Most of the dishes are a bit oily, and although the taste is not bad, it is a bit pricey. Unfortunately, it happens to be in the basement of an old building in this area, and there is a peculiar smell that bothers me. Probably sewage. I'm curious as soon as I walk in, so I hope I can do something about it. It's a shame because everything I eat is affected as well. Wasn't it renovated? ? The restrooms have also been beautifully renovated and have a pleasant fragrance.
