The ultimate course I experienced at Torisen in Ichigaya was a luxurious course that centered on dishes using Soshu old white chicken. It was only served to one group per day, and we were able to fully enjoy the taste of carefully selected ingredients. ◎Good points ●Use of carefully selected ingredients The Kiwami course used carefully selected ingredients, including Soshu old white chicken. We enjoyed dishes that brought out the flavors of the ingredients, such as fresh chicken sashimi and fresh fish sashimi. ●The luxurious taste of Soshu old white chicken The most noteworthy feature of the Kiwami course is the Soshu old white chicken. This chicken is known for its tender meat and rich flavor. The unique umami and deep flavor represent the pinnacle of chicken dishes, and I was able to directly feel the high quality of the fresh chicken sashimi. Its juicy yet elegant taste makes it a perfect dish for the ultimate course. ●Large number of items and volume The Kiwami course is full of 11 items, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors. In addition to Chicken Cuisine, each dish was carefully prepared and had a wide variety of flavors, such as the crispy bacon and Kyoto greens with sesame salad, and the braised black pork. It was a world of diverse flavors that would never leave the eater feeling bored. ●Providing unique dishes The Sichuan-style drooling chicken was very delicious with its combination of spices and flavor. This dish is a perfect combination of zesty spiciness and chicken flavor, giving it an exciting flavour. In particular, due to the use of Soshu old white chicken, the texture of the meat was tender, and the spicy sauce coated it well, making it an appetizing dish. ☆Summary The Kiwami course at Ichigaya “Torisen” was a special course where you could enjoy luxurious dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. We enjoyed a highly satisfying meal with high-quality ingredients, including Soshu Old White Chicken, and a wide variety of menus. Advance reservations are required, but well worth it. I was surprised to see that there was a line when I left.
