For Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), instead of using broiler chicken, I chose brand-name chicken that was pulled in the morning and could be eaten as sashimi. Grilled skewer may seem like anyone can cook it, but it actually has a lot of depth! The taste changes depending on the way you bake it. Also, since we want you to enjoy the taste of the ingredients, the only seasoning we use is rock salt.

It boasts a unique atmosphere that combines retro and modernity, worthy of Kagurazaka, one of Japan's leading red-light districts. The one-of-a-kind interior is sure to create unforgettable memories. Also, it is not enough just to have a stylish interior. Ease of use is also important. All the tatami rooms are horigotatsu style, and the table seats are sofa style.
