"Echigoya Kihei" offers special items that go well with alcohol, mainly dried fish. Among them, we recommend the [Sashimi Assortment Five Types of Three Pieces] made with fresh fish. The fresh fish purchased that day is carefully selected as ``seasonal, delicious ingredients'' regardless of the place of origin. We purposely do not set a fixed menu, and always have about 5 to 6 types in stock, depending on the season. One of the things I look forward to is being able to taste the seasonal sake each time I visit. We also offer 2-All-you-can-drink course (for drinks only), as well as courses that include a popular fresh fish menu and all-you-can-drink options.
