お花見シーズンの飯田橋。
混み合う中、たまたま入店できたお店。ラッキーでした！
海鮮好きのため、メニューを見るだけで楽しくなります。
こちらのお店の推しは生牡蠣。
4種類の牡蠣尽くしの盛り合わせが美味しそうでしたが、この日は完売とのこと。残念。
気を取り直して、、、

最初に出てくるパンは2種類から選べ、キャビアバターでいただきます。デニッシュ生地のパンが可愛らしかった。
こちらのお店、スパイスの使い方が独特のようで、帆立のユッケはまさかのエスニック寄せ。これは驚きでした。
牡蠣は、広島の先端と、兵庫の室津をいただきました。味変用のタバスコ等が入った入れものがオシャレです。
室津、クリーミーで、生牡蠣の美味しさを再確認。
お店は衛生面にも気を遣っており、生牡蠣を乗せたお皿に他のお料理を乗せないよう注意を促されました。こういう配慮は嬉しいです☺️
岩海苔の香りが強いツイストタルトフランベは、塩味の効いたクリームチーズと一緒にいただきます。お酒、すすみます！
メインは雲丹ボナーラ。
お店の前にあった看板を見た時から注文しようと思ってました！雲丹たっぷりで、極めて濃厚。そこにいくらの彩りも添えられて、お味だけでなく見た目も満足。
今回は、たまたま厨房の前の席でしたので、調理や仕込みの様子を見ることができました。スタッフさんがキビキビと調理しており、見ていて楽しかったです。
飯田橋で海鮮が食べたいとき、また伺いたいと思います。
