Akira Tagome is the head chef at the counter-style Restaurants run by chef Yoshiaki Ito, owner of L'ARCHESTE in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, France.He trained in France for two years starting in 2010, and worked with chef Yoshiaki Ito during his training in France.
