Our stone kiln is made from natural materials using French clay bricks. By baking with our unique diffused-reflection far-infrared rays, the heat reaches the center of the material without burning the surface, even at extremely high temperatures of over 400℃. The plump, juicy baked goods that bring out the natural freshness and flavor of the ingredients are unique to white clay bricks and are completely different from ovens or grills. Please enjoy the new stone oven cuisine where you can experience the extremely high temperature cooking method and the skill of skilled craftsmen, which is one of the few in Japan.

Vegetables and fish are especially recommended for stone oven cooking, as they can be cooked without losing moisture. ``Kiln-grilled Sadowara eggplant from Miyazaki Prefecture'' has an irresistible melty texture.The kiln-grilled fish delivered directly from Toyosu has a crispy skin and a fluffy interior. If you're a meat fan, try the soft ``Kiln-grilled Ichibo - Red Wine Sauce with Fresh Grain Pepper'' that will overflow with juices in your mouth.In addition, there are other dishes such as fish carpaccio, wine steamed, and Gorgonzola cream sauce.
