岐阜市の鰻会席「うなぎ はなぶさ」で研鑽を積んだ方が腕を振るう。
お店は2024年3月オープン。東京メトロ飯田橋駅、神楽坂駅徒歩6分の神楽坂通り沿いに新しく出来たビル地下1階にあります。店内はカウンター8席。シックでPOPな洋楽が流れる空間だ。果たして、料理のお味はいかに(*´∇｀)ﾉ

・「鰻」は愛知県三河産
・「焼き」は関西風地焼き。炭火でじっくり焼き上げ
・「米」は岐阜県産の龍の瞳
・「炊き」は南部鉄器の釜で行う
