We offer Gifu Prefecture's rare rice, cooked individually for each person in a Nambu iron pot, and a whole, large, domestically-produced grilled eel. You can choose from two grilling methods: sauce grilled, soy sauce grilled, or plain grilled, so you can enjoy two luxurious flavors at once.
