Tenjinya's soup is a rich chicken dried sardine soup. In addition to chicken and dried sardines, there are also seafood ingredients such as pork and mackerel, but the main ingredients are chicken and dried sardines. Our restaurant does not use chemical seasonings, so we create flavors using a combination of ingredients such as inosinic acid, glutamic acid, and guanylic acid. Therefore, if you don't use ingredients other than the main ingredients properly, you won't be able to create a taste that will make you say ``delicious!'' even if it is neutral. This is how chicken and dried sardines soup is made. Please enjoy it.
