何かの情報で美味しい海鮮がいただけると知り、近くまで来たので寄ってみました。神田須田町、食べ歩き好きにはたまらん例の一角です。
こちらのお店の入り口は「やぶそば」側にあります。上の階には「神田 雲林」。一瞬迷いましたが鬼の心で足を地下へ向けて階下へ。
店内は、各個室に分かれた会席の体です。常に貫廊に給仕の方がいて、気を配られています。料亭、とまではいきませんがホスピタリティは懐石料理風の細やかな気配りです。
メニューに目を落とすと…出た！想定外の美人な献立！私は新鮮なお刺身、または 一夜干しの旨みと脂ノリを楽しみに来たのですよ。決して、鰻など食べに来たのではありません。海鮮丼もあるじゃないですか。私はそれを…。ああ。美人が私の袖を引く、しかも、特価！ ごめんなさい、おさかなさんたち。風の音が胸を揺する哭けとばかりに。あーあ。
「特盛 うな重」¥1,200（月替りの限定価格）
丁寧に配膳していただきました。胸が高鳴ります。ドキドキ。ふたを開けます。ドキドキ。あ、ああ…。出た。3枚。セクシーなポーズで、3枚寝そべっています。考えるな感じろ。速攻でいただきます。
甘めのタレですが掛けられている量が少ないのでちょうどの甘さ加減です。ウナギは思ったより厚めです。大きさはもちろん特価相当ですが、表面積としては価格以上と言えそうです。
関東風に蒸した鰻です。味にワイルドさはないので天然ではないかもしれません。別に天然にこだわりはありませんが、でも何か天然っていわれると美味しい気がして嬉しくなるんですね。でも例え中国産でも、格付けチェックで何人が国産天然を見分けられるか、という話ですから、「美味しければ幸せ」でいいのではないでしょうか、私たち労働者は。
うん。美味しかったです。でもホントは海鮮をいただきに来たのです。次回は必ず海の幸をいただきます。それがディナーであるならなお嬉しく思います。
