Almost all of our dishes are served smoked. ``Handmade'' takes time and effort and is ``70% preparation.'' Cook using a whole piece of smoked wood "Sakura Wood" while calculating the distance to the smoke. The water is removed and the flavor matures. The pork is Kurobuta pork from Kirishima, the duck is French and curry, Hamburg is Kuroge Wagyu beef, and the fish is carefully selected from fresh domestic products.
