Personally, I love restaurants serving Local Cuisine from all over Japan, but this time I went to this restaurant serving Local Cuisine from Okayama Prefecture in the Chugoku region ρ( ^o^)b_♪♪ On this day, I ordered the most popular Setouchi 5,000 yen course! ・Local fish sashimi assortment ・ Simmered dish, grilled dishes ・ Fried food, and sea bream rice for finishing ※Forgot to take a photo (single item) ・Bukkake udon (directly delivered from Furuichi, a long-established restaurant in Kurashiki City) ・Freshly squeezed Kihei (Heiki Sake Brewery, Asakuchi City) ・ Other draft beers, highballs, etc. The quality of the fish is very high because they are air-shipped fresh fish caught that morning that has been pre-processed, such as draining the blood, using a method called Tsumoto-shiki! Since coming back to Tokyo from Shikoku, the number of restaurants where I thought the fish was delicious has decreased significantly, but the fish at this restaurant was truly delicious, regardless of how it was prepared, be it sashimi, Simmered dish, grilled or Fried food (^q^)♪ The local sake that went with it was quite sweet, but I personally love it (*´▽`*)♪ And, in addition to the sea bream rice at the end of the meal, I also ordered Kurashiki soul food, bukkake udon! The soft yet chewy noodles with just the right amount of firmness were a perfect match with the cold broth, which had a strong umami and sweetness of the dashi (*^O^*)♪ This is a restaurant I definitely want to keep going to!!
