``Sanhore'' with a business partner for the first time in 4 months. Assorted sashimi (3 servings), fried oysters (large pieces!), Shirayaki, Tonpeiyaki, Unajyu (shared 3 servings). Sake is ``Sanhore.'' Original shochu (barley) The female clerk who runs the cozy interior and hall is a kind-hearted older lady.
``Sanhore'' cooks seasonal ingredients in the most delicious condition.We are always indebted to our business partners and colleagues. Today, we enjoyed exquisitely boiled edamame with just the right amount of salt, fragrant fried tofu, and rare grilled tonpei, and finished off with the ``eel jus'' that we had requested at the time of reservation! I missed eating it on the ox day this year, so I managed to get it today (lol). I'm very satisfied with the taste, which is on par with the long-established eel restaurants in Tokyo (๑>◡<๑)

You can't go wrong with any of the seasonal sashimi, grilled, Fried food, or Simmered dish dishes carefully selected by a small restaurant-type Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) chef run by a friendly proprietress and a skilled chef. If you ask in advance, you can also get “Unaju”! They happily accommodate orders for two large portions, which I usually order as a finishing dish, to share among four people.
