Please try our "Daruma", a sweet potato shochu made from Beniazuma potatoes, which are also used for stone-grilled sweet potatoes, and our "Sakesho Ichidai Misen", which is brewed with soft water and has a light flavor that makes it perfect as a drink with meals. We also have a wide variety of dishes that go well with alcohol. We have a selection of Hiroshima dishes that make use of seasonal ingredients, such as white-grilled conger eel, small sardine sashimi, and octopus tempura.
