色々な塩辛を日本酒でゆっくりいただく
以前から気になっていたお店に遂に来店。
日本酒はあまり分からないので、目に入った死神というお酒の飲み比べを頼みました。
お店に張り出されていたのは死神と裏死神という2種類の飲み比べセットでしたが、そこにプラスで裏死神Ⅱというお酒もセットで注文できると教えてもらったため、3種類の飲み比べセットを注文しました。
それぞれ味わいが異なり、個人的にはこんな感じ。
死神：お米や麹？の旨みが強いタイプ
裏死神：フルーティーで華やかなタイプ
裏死神Ⅱ：キレがあってスッキリとしたタイプ
お酒のアテで頼んだのは静岡おでんと各種塩辛たち。最近は少し肌寒さを感じるようになってきたので、静岡おでんがちょうど美味しい時期でした。特に栃尾揚げが出汁が染み染みで最高でした。
塩辛は全部で8種類を頼みました。
まずは値段が安めのものから3種類、サバの塩辛・ホタテの塩辛・するめいか三升漬けを注文。
サバの塩辛はかなり塩っ辛いのでチビチビつまむのがオススメ。イメージとしてはアンチョビみたいな感じ。
ホタテの塩辛は貝ひもの部分を使っているのでシャッキリした歯応えと甘辛い味が美味しい1品。割と辛みがあるので、辛いのが苦手な人は注意かな。
三升漬けは甘さと塩っぱさのバランスが良く、麹の華やかな風味も相まって絶品でした。
3種を食べ終わったら次は中価格帯の塩辛をセットで注文。
沖漬けは流石に安定の旨さだし、粒雲丹のいか白造りは雲丹の濃厚な風味と塩辛の塩っぱさが最高の相性。
珍しいもの枠として頼んだズワイガニの塩辛とバジリコいかも外れなかった。
ズワイガニの方は他のものよりも塩辛さがかなり抑え気味で甘さが目立つような上品な一品。
バジリコいかはドライトマトとチーズで熟成させたものだったが、チーズや香草の香りに力強い味わいが感じられ、ワインとかなり相性が良さそうだった。
そして真鯛の酒盗は生臭さが殆どなく、味わいやコリコリした歯応えがとても美味しかった。
〆のお茶漬けではご飯に合いそうだなと思っていたいか白造りを選びたかったが、在庫が切れてしまったとのことで、次点の候補であった真鯛の酒盗を選択。
最後まで塩辛を存分に味わい尽くしました。
それでもまだまだ食べていない塩辛があるので、また行きたいと思います。
注意点としてはお店の席数は少ないため、予約無しだと入れない事も多いかもしれないのと、お店の方が1人で回しているため、注文したものがなかなか届かないとイライラするという人には向いてないと思います。
ただ、そこが気にならないのであれば、お店の方はとても丁寧で、商品のこともこちらから聞けば気さくに答えてくれる様な方でしたので、何度も行きたくなる様なお店になると思います。

I came here for the second time because I was very happy with my previous visit. I tried a fair number of salted fish as well as last time, but I ended up thinking that squid-based salted fish would be delicious. I think I've come to this conclusion. From now on, it seems like the default will be to enjoy salted squid with some unusual items that you can't find at other restaurants. The manager's service spirit remains the same, and he teaches us about alcohol and salted fish, making even first-time customers feel at ease. It's served by a small group of people, so you'll have to wait a while after ordering, but if you don't mind that, I recommend it.
