早速、再訪です。
今度はしっかりメインを頂くつもり！
今夜のオーダーは
チーズ盛り合わせ、ホタテのウニソース焼き、
鴨肉のロースト(だった気がする)
ゴルゴンゾーラペンネ
ホタテのウニソース焼きってなんだか、
想像と全く違いました。
ホタテが入ったスフレみたいな。
このフワフワしたのはたまご？
でも味はなかなか美味しい。
お肉は柔らかくて美味し〜。
今回しょげたのはペンネ
歯ごたえありすぎ。
芯はないものの、ペンネの茹で時間が短かったんじゃないの？って思えた感じです。
これが世間の美味しいの加減なのかもしれない…？
味わうって感じにはなれませんでした。
