再び訪問したくなるフレンチ
去年の12月に初めて伺い、今日は再訪でした。
前回は1人でしたが、今日は2人です。
お料理はランチコースメニュー３種の真ん中をチョイスしました。
メインのお魚はオマール海老をチョイス。
生きたオマール海老を見せていただきました。
お肉はキャベツ包みの牛の頬肉を柔らかく煮た物を。
他にも気になるお料理ばかりで悩みましたが、前回頂いた物以外で選びました。
前菜のサーモンも安定の美味しさでしたし、ごぼうのポタージュは野菜の味がそのまましっかり味わえました。
デザートには梅酒や柚子の香りと酸味が効いた和風のスイーツで好みでした。
コチラはソムリエさんが女性で、お料理の説明まで詳しくして下さり、サービスも大変良いのが素晴らしいです。
度々来たいレストランです。
今まで探し求めていたレストラン
初めて訪問させて頂きました。
時期的にはクリスマス週間でランチの訪問。
予約していませんでしたが、1人の私を嫌な顔せずに店内に入れて頂きました。
12時近くにはほぼ満席。
全てコース料理で、この日は軽めランチコース、その上のコースと、わりとゴージャスなコースの3種でした。
私は1番軽いコースでお料理はパイ包み焼きをチョイス。
お料理によりプライスはプラスされます。
お肉もお魚も、オマール海老もチョイス次第ではかなりゴージャスになります。
前菜2種のサーモンは香りが良く好きな料理。
他も手抜き無しの前菜ながらもフレンチの王道はしっかりキープした安定のお料理が続きます。
お魚ムース、野菜のパイ包みはおソースもパーフェクトで、大変美味しく頂きました。
ノンアルコールシャンパンなどもあり、お酒苦手な方にもドリンクは楽しめます。
デザートは私には少し甘すぎたので残してしまい、申し訳無かったです。
コーヒーに小菓子のメレンゲ焼きも付いていました。
肩肘張らないリラックスできる優しいフレンチレストラン。
1番欲しかったお店を見つけた喜びで一杯になりました。
必ずリピしたいお店になりました。
帰りにオーナーシェルフ自らご挨拶に来て頂き、忙しい中1人客にまで気遣いして頂き恐縮でした。

2023年3月でお店を閉めてしまうと聞いてすぐに
最後のスペシャリテ 感謝メニューを予約しました。
既に閉店のその日まで予約で満席です。
こちらのフレンチレストランを知ったのは実はまだ数年でした。
もっと早く来て常連になっていたならば更に悲しみは増していた事でしょう。
ほんの数回しか来る事は叶いませんでしたが、川端シェフの素晴らしいお料理を頂けただけで幸せです。
全てのお料理を大切に記憶しています。
シェフにはこれからまた新しく充実した日々を送って頂きたいです。
この日のメニューは最初からデザートまで大変美味しく頂きました。
私の稚拙な文ではとても書く事はかないませんが、間違いなく失いたく無い素晴らしいお料理ばかりでした。
素材も見た目もお味もソースの素晴らしさにも感動しました。
本当に本当にお疲れ様でした。
