金曜日の19時前。神田駅周辺で急遽飲むことになり5軒ほど廻ったがいずれも満席。飛込みで入れたのがこちら。ビルの2階と路面店より多少不利なのが幸いしたのか?
東北がコンセプトということで料理、酒は東北ものが中心。魚は秋刀魚、〆サバ、牡蠣など。鳥は伊達鶏、酒は日本酒、焼酎でラインアップ。
19時を過ぎると予約客を含め満席に。
お通しで刺身三種盛合せが出てきたのは予想外で良かった。会計時に確認したら席料は500円/人でした。
一番良かったのは炙り〆サバ。席横でバーナーで炙ってくれたが香ばしい香りに食欲がそそられた。味も脂がのって美味しかった。
地場ものの宿命なのか若干高めの料金設定。味は悪くないんだけどね。
