DrinkWhen you think of “hotaru”, you think of homemade Daiginjo Doburoku♪
Hotaru is the "first in Tokyo!" and currently the "only" sake brewery pub! The Junmai Daiginjo Doburoku brewed in-house by the brewer is surprisingly easy to drink! The king of sake rice, Yamada Nishiki, is polished to 50% to pursue its aroma and ease of drinking. The taste is sure to impress everyone! Please come to Hotaru and enjoy the ``taste of freshly made sake'' that was previously only available in breweries!

Fresh fish delivered directly from the fishing port! And it's natural! We have a wide variety of types! We are offering the fish we are proud of for 790 yen per serving of sashimi (minimum of 2 servings)! Of course, we also have grilled foods, dried fish, and simmered foods, including today's single grilled fish!

We offer small quantities at a uniform price, so you can easily enjoy famous sake from all over the country. Offered at a flat price of 380 yen for 60ml, 650 yen for 120ml, and 900 yen for 180ml!!We also stock seasonal alcoholic beverages from time to time according to the four seasons. We have many drinks available only at certain times, so please give them a try!
